Pool Homes and Real Estate for Sale in Murrieta Copper Canyon, Near Cole Canyon Elementary School
Today let's take a look at the Copper Canyon homes near Cole Canyon Elementary. This is a neighborhood of tract homes built around 2003, some more recently. As you probably know, buyers of new homes have plain dirt back yards. To make a Copper Canyon pool home, that owner has to get the pool dug, rebarred, plastered, tiled and concreted, to the tune of $25,000 for a small pool, and up, up, up in pool and back yard paradise costs.
Many of the homeowners have nonetheless "dived in" - pardon the pun - and turned their Copper Canyon home into a Copper Canyon pool home. Here is a screen shot of some of the pool homes as of today, 9-19-2010:
Notice the homes that back to the greenbelt actually are also on a hill and have panoramic views of the Murrieta Valley. Imagine sitting out by your pool with a cold beverage, reclining, and enjoying that view.
