Blockbuster Video MAKES Me Keep Renting Movies in Murrieta, on Washington

Blockbuster Video MAKES Me Keep Renting Movies in Murrieta, on Washington

I've been planning to switch to that cheaper video provider that sends DVDs in the mail, you know the one.  But I have a monthly pass to have 2 movies out at a time from our local blockbuster in Murrieta, on Washington.

Why do I want to switch?  The Blockbuster on Washington in Murrieta, CA, doesn't have the "long tail" Irish series my sister keeps telling me to watch.  They cost a little bit more than that other company's mailed DVDs.  They don't have unlimited tv streaming to my computer.

Why haven't I switched?

  • Mandy, Janice and Yvonne work there.
  • They greet me when I enter, and they talk to me.
  • They know my name.
  • They know my voice when I call on the phone to ask if a particular movie we thought of is in the store.
  • They hold the movie for me, and they'll hold it long past their "half hour" policy because... it's me.

This is stellar customer service.   I can't watch every DVD out there!  My husband and I have 4 kids, his brokerage and I do loans.  I'm happy to pay a little more for the stellar customer service.  So besides plenty of content and great customer service, what does the Blockbuster on Washington in Murrieta have?  ME!

I'm making more of an effort in my life to emulate Mandy, Janice and Yvonne.  They have taught me a lot, and I'm grateful to them.  If you'd like "Blockbuster on Washington" kind of service in your search for homes in Murrieta, Temecula and areas near Camp Pendleton, call or email me.  We're great at what we do in our area: helping people buy homes near Camp Pendleton: Murrieta, Temecula and the surrounding areas.  Thank you!

Hi Lisa, great testimonial about your local Blockbuster.  The only one we had here in St George Utah closed a few months ago.  The little box in front on the convenience stores, you know who I'm talking about, seemed to take over.  No personal customer service in front of the 7-11, lol.

That's great to hear.  So many people have gone price over service/loyalty.
